What?"Out of Print celebrates the world’s great stories through fashion. Our products feature iconic and often out of print book covers. Some are classics, some are just curious enough to make great t-shirts, but all are striking works of art. We work closely with artists, authors and publishers to license the content that ends up in our collections. Each product is treated to feel soft and worn like a well-read book." Why?"In addition to spreading the joy of reading through our tees and accessories, we acknowledge that many parts of the world don’t have access to books at all. We are working to change that. For each product sold, one book is donated to a community in need through our partner Books For Africa."

Who?Caitlin Crosby: An actor, singer/songwriter What?"In a way we are all like these keys – unique, flawed, scarred, and at risk of being discarded – she wanted these keys to have their purpose renewed over and over again. Their message is yours for a time, but once they've served their purpose with you, pay it forward to inspire another." Why?"The Giving Keys exists to employ those transitioning out of homelessness to make jewelry out of repurposed keys that get sold and shared around the world. Each key is unique and carries a message like HOPE, STRENGTH, DREAM or COURAGE. When the wearer of the key encounters someone else who needs the message on the key, they give it away and then send us the story of their key being paid forward."

What?We are a company that sells high-quality blankets in the United States. With every blanket you purchase, we will give a blanket to your local homeless shelter. Why?"The summer of 2013 my mother lived on the streets. This taught me an invaluable lesson because my mother is a hard working woman. She has two college degrees, had managed restaurants, was a homeowner, and raised us two kids on her own. Yet, life got the best of her. She lost nearly all she had due to unfortunate circumstances and moved across the country to start her life over. My beautiful mother had become homeless. It was then that I realized that not all choose to become homeless - that some just need a second chance." -Bob Dalton

AuthorI am a follower of Christ Jesus. I enjoy the simple.
Occupier of the Midwest. Introvert, but not shy. This is where I go on about the bible, movies, books, clothes, crafts, and anything else. Learning what it means to have a servant's heart. Teacher, Seminary wife, reader. behind the name:Jesus is the lamb of God. He was a sacrificial lamb that was slain for us. Jesus himself tells us to pick up our cross and do what he did. I long to be a lamb, able to lay down my own selfish desires and wholeheartedly follow Christ. Dietrich Bonhoeffer said when Christ calls a man, he bids him come and die. I am learning to die to self daily.
I write because I love sharing ideas. I write because the internet needs more beautiful and things and more gospel truths. Here are some references from the scriptures: Revelation 12:11 And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death Revelation 5:11-12 Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” 1 John 2:6 Whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked. Matthew 16:24 Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. Archives
